My background includes supporting users, maintaining systems, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure in fast-paced environments.

In addition, I have worked as a Front-End Developer, building responsive web interfaces using modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue and Angular. I also have experience working with PHP/Laravel and WordPress projects.

I am ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) and have a strong interest in system security, risk mitigation, and maintaining reliable IT environments.
