I am writing to express my interest in working in hospitality industry.

I am very excited as I think I am qualified enough for the particular appeals, because I have experience working with customers for ten years in different position with different companies.

My passion is to work with variety of clients, it is equally match to my experience and qualifications and I am confident. I have experience working in hospitality, Aviation and Sales, this background has given me the ability to work under high pressure.

The position demanded a variety of different tasks outside of basic work and as a result, I am willing to go beyond the required task. I have developed the skills - and more importantly, the sense of humour - to calm an angry customer, something very important in the business.

I am confident I can extend this experience. I would like to be part of this company; therefore, I would be please if I receive a chance to explain more detail of myself.

My experience as manager normally have to do with various roles and responsibilities such as – making sure that the employees deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with the delivered service or product, delegating duties, helping in implementation of policies, motivating and training employee. Assisting front office managers, handling cash, day-end checking, managing and dealing with customer issues or complaints.

In 2019 I finished my Bachelor Degree in Airline and Airport Management. On top of it I have Ahmed Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
