Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Identify our store sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management and drive commercial success.
Focus on KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, and effectively using all available store resources to meet and succeed store targets.
Give training to our team members on basic foundational and Seasonal Brand product
Knowledge, especially in our assigned categories.
Maintain established Visual Merchandising as per the brand Communication standards.
Monthly inventory and make reports for misdirected stocks.
Handling customers complains, exchange and refunds in professional manners.
Preparation all promotional events like SSS,MSS and EOSS
Merchandising as per the seasonal guidelines.
Resolve customer’s problems/ complaints in a efficient manner.
Ordering the new lines as per the requirement.
Ensure to follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
Ensure the appropriate stock availability.
Provide weekly feedback to the management.
