Presentation of the study’s results to Chateauform leaders in order to obtain approval and funding to launch the project
Budget management and implementation of KPIs/dashboard in order to give visibility on the health of the project
Management of all recurring meetings related to the project (kick off, daily meeting, weekly meeting, project board)
Creation of a new app to allow the organizers of the seminar to make a pre reservation validated by the seminar advisor with possibility to provide the global information of the seminar (enterprise, number of participants, room reservation, program day per day ...)
Receive the needs of the customer about our apps to allow the organizers of the seminar to customize their seminars in detail.
Provide a new customer journey in organization of seminars
Modeling and drafting the functional and technical test plan
Leading end-to-end testing with consumer in order to validate that the product is matching with the initial requirements
Agile Coach of squads to help them to be self-organized and multidisciplinary in learning and in a culture of experience feedback and continuous improvement
Identify the obstacles of our agile and DevOps transformation plan and make proposals on the actions and means necessary to overcome them
Be the operational relay of the Technology Department on organizational issues (human resources, processes, etc...)
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve the efficiency of squads and the quality of the product
Ensure the respect of Scrum events
Responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum
