● FSMS is implemented, ensuring its maintained and updated.
● Ensure all relevant SOP’s and SSOP’s are meeting the corporate food safety manual requirement.
● Ensuring the highest standardsof FoodSafety & Quality of rawmaterials and finished product.
● Conducting Internal Audits andsupplier audits.
● Facilitate allinternal, second, third and regulatoryagency auditing and facility inspections.
● Communication withmunicipality and other regulatory bodies.
● Product innovationand improvement(Product Specification, Sensory Evaluation).
● Handling ofCustomer Complaints with proper followups andcorrective action for ensuring Customer satisfaction
