I have been working in BMS (Building Management System) for 6 years in Building Maintenance Operations such as Commercial buildings, Malls and Industrial Buildings both in Philippines and UAE. I am knowledgeable in Building Management System of Siemens system, Honeywell system, Johnson Control system, Schneider System, CMS System (Trane System & Johnson Control System). Furthermore, I am in depth understanding about HVAC system, Lighting controls, FAS, CAFM system, PDA devices, HSE, Chemical Handling, Solar Panel System and Energy Management.

Additionally, I am extremely hardworking, passionate, well organized, good working character, works under pressure and with a good leadership skills.
