Strong technical skills related to IT support and Help Desk administration. Experience in Active Directory administration, antivirus and DLP, Service Desk software and SLA. I have worked in several companies providing end user support in hardware and software. My last 2 jobs were in BPO companies giving support to most than 5.000 users in hardware, software an VoIP on site and remote.
