I am Ashiq.K.M, has completed 3 years of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course from Hyderabad, India, from Sigma Aviation Academy (Parent company Flytech Aviation Academy) in Dec.2010.

I've extensive experience as a B2 Technician in commercial airlines and MRO's, in both line and base maintenance.

My aim is to advance in my career and to go for a license in B2, sticking with one company and thus helping mutually for the company's profit and for my career.

• Retrofit, modification of jade and Panasonic, wiring installation, seat wiring, IFE modification operational checks and troubleshooting. 

• Performed aircraft avionics (Electrical, instrument & radio navigation system) troubleshooting, inspections, modification, repairs, replacement of the components of the aircraft.

• Check ‘A’ and Daily Checks on the Avionics/IFE systems of the company’s aircrafts.
• Unit change, trouble shooting of avionics & in-flight Entertainment system and Electrical systems of aircraft.
• Familiarize with testing and replacement of Static Dischargers
• PSU/LOPA Change, modifications, oxygen Gen replacements, MODKITS 
• Report directly to the crew chief every duty of the day before performing any assign task requirements on the aircraft in accordance with established standard of quality, safety and timely effective manner.
• Associated in Removal / Installation of Starter Generator. Repair or replace electrical wiring, circuits, fixtures, or equipment
• Assisted in all scheduled radio inspection checks.Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly working area at all times and follows all pertinent safety rules and regulations.

• Checking of all emergency equipment’s such as flight attendant, emergency flashlight, demo equipment, oxygen bottle, fire extinguisher, door assist bottle, slide raft pressure and emergency beacon.

License paper cleared

• Passed PAPER I (Civil Aviation Requirements) of AME License Examination with 73% marks.
• Passed PAPER II (General Engineering) of AME License Examination with 82% marks.

• Passed Higher Secondary under CBSE with 64% marks. (2006-2007)
• Passed Secondary School under CBSE with 80.4% marks. (2004-2005)
