Very well experienced Operations Manager with a keen eye for detail. Operated high casual dining, catering, QSR and cloud kitchens. Understands F&B KPI's and P&L. Always up for a challenge.
Started as a teenager earning some pocket money as a waiter. Went to Kuwait with Alshaya as a waiter. Progressed to F.O.H leader in and main trainer for all Casual dining division. And promoted to supervisor with in a year.
Became assistant manager with in a year as well and finished as restaurant manager. Got approached by EX VP of casual dining Alshaya to open in Cairo. Got head hunted for S'WICH Gourmet Shawarmas for Dubai.
And ended up as GM and sold it as a franchise to Deliveroo. Covid hit and was unemployed for a over a year. Consulted and joined KITCH-IN.
