International Higher Education Professional with experience in Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing, as well as Excellent customer service and relationship development skills.

Within my current position of Senior Admissions Officer at Heriot Watt University, I currently manage the undergraduate, graduate and PhD/EngD admissions processing for domestic and international students. In addition to overseeing the admissions process, I have enjoyed working on cross-functional teams and have had the opportunity to organize and manage events such as the open days for the university and GETEX 2022. Through these unique experiences, I have been able to understand other business functions and how business units work together to create the very best student experience.

Previously, I was a Senior Admissions Specialist at Shorelight Education based in Boston, MA with a focus on the United States and LATAM region. While there, I was fortunate enough to travel across the US, as well as the UAE and Qatar, to work on customized recruitment events and promoting partnership opportunities at U.S. Universities to students around the world.

These experiences have allowed me to expand my problem-solving and communication skills with internal staff and external clients. Prior to my tenure at Heriot Watt University and Shorelight Education, I was in the hospitality industry for eight years where I honed my customer-service skills.

I am currently pursuing my masters degree in Business Psychology with Coaching
