I’m Mercy Rafael, an experienced Office Manager and Personal Assistant with a strong background in administration, operations, and executive support. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse industries — from construction and furniture trading to hospitality and retail — where I’ve developed a passion for creating organized, efficient, and well-structured work environments.
Currently, I serve as Office Manager/PA at Saihira Bakery & Restaurant LLC / Dhara General Trading LLC in Dubai, where I oversee office operations, coordinate staff and HR support, manage reports, and ensure smooth communication across teams. My role allows me to use my strengths in organization, attention to detail, and leadership to help the company operate effectively every day.
Before this, I worked as an Office Administrator at Kiana Furniture Trading LLC, a company specializing in interior furnishing. That experience deepened my understanding of the furniture and design industry while enhancing my skills in procurement, HR, and accounts administration. I also gained valuable construction industry experience with Al Serh Al Khabeer Construction LLC and Al Madar Metal Construction Factory LLC, where I progressed from Project Secretary to Admin Secretary, supporting both project operations and senior management.
I take pride in being dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoho, and POS systems and always aim to bring efficiency, professionalism, and warmth to any work environment.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration and a Professional Secondary Teacher Diploma, along with a Professional Teacher’s License from the Philippines.
