At Housing and Development Bank in Cairo, my roles as a Customer Service Representative and Teller involved assisting clients with banking services, resolving issues, managing transactions, and ensuring accuracy while delivering excellent service. I also worked as an SME Credit Administrator at the same bank, where I managed credit documentation, rectified report errors, and generated performance reports.

Most recently, as a Mortgage Administrator at Math Financial Group in Dubai, I handled the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and managed document collection and quality assurance. These experiences have collectively honed my ability to handle customer interactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage financial operations effectively.
