• Prepare and update Distribution Matrix (which pre-determined document control requirements, document numbering system will be used, how many and which signatures will be required for certain approvals)

• Ensure all templates used documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements. 
• Infrastructure the Database for handling & Collecting Data for several Reports, Analysis & Auditing for Finalize Requested Report Result. 
• Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects.

• Working on "ACONEX" Program to submit all the MTF, Method Statement, Drawings, RFI, To Consultant. 
• Check mail & Faxes attended to distribution matrix. 
• Check the work status in the DCG Dept and solving the problem and Give advice. 
• Receiving from subcontractors and check the Documents.
• Making logs to tracking the work status. Check the system ACONEX and develop the Clear Data. 
• Follow up the Drafts and initials to submit the materials to consultant or client. 
• Quality control Ensuring project documentation is controlled, monitored, and recorded according to project services standards / specification, conduct timely document control audits on project level and implement continuous improvement activities)

• Maintaining and registering of incoming and outgoing engineering change notices and site queries, in accordance with agreed process.

• Provide hardcopies and softcopies, scanning capabilities and drawing Conversions to readable electronic (PDF) format to project engineers. Controlling of receivables/ deliverables documents from to authorized sources as well as document transmittals.
• On-time updating of master control library / integrity critical library of document updating check – out status of documents in implemented system in time
• Assist in finalization of documents template and tag relationship for upload. 
• Assists in the development and implementation working practice and procedures for activities from lesson learn.
• Assists to provide QA/QC of documentation developed for projects and or archives and transfer of information into the corporate documents and standard DMS system. 
• Assist to identify and organize project documentation for the engineers and properly closes out completed projects by transferring data into the corporate documents and standard System.
• Working on documental software’s & routine audits of the document Controller System.
