Key Skills

Contribute to the development, review, and finalization of critical project deliverables across all stages of the HVAC design process.
Perform comprehensive heat load calculations for various building types (industrial & administrative) to determine HVAC requirements.
Design and analyze airflow diagrams for duct systems to ensure optimal air distribution.
Calculate humidification and ventilation loads to maintain desired indoor air quality.
Analyze building envelope leakage to identify and address thermal inefficiencies.
Select and size appropriate HVAC equipment based on calculated loads and project specifications.
Develop preliminary duct sizing and routing layouts for integration into 3D models.
Create and maintain project documentation including data sheets, equipment specifications, service requisitions, system descriptions, and any required studies or reports.
Evaluate technical bids for HVAC equipment and services.
