Mechanical Engineer

• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the Project Requirements and also as per the local authority standards. 
• Implement the Approved QA/QC management system at site 
• Preparing Method of Statements for Installation and Testing Commissioning, ITP, Check list, Operation and Maintenance Manuel, Training Manuel, Asset registry, Spare parts List, Controlling all logs As Built Drawing and All Site related Inspection.
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors 
• Coordinate all nondestructive testing procedures at site.
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors 
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards 
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits 
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors 
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action 
• Review the customer’s specification and undertake relevant training to the site team for the Execution of work.
