I am a dedicated legal professional, with 10+ PQE, having expertise in corporate and commercial laws, including corporate structuring, commercial transactions, negotiation, compliance, litigation management or administrative and /or governance in UAE.

I have worked both as in house legal advisor and legal consultant with law firm. Hence I position my experience and approach to be in line with business needs with right legal directions being provided.

I am a graduate in law from a recognized and reputed university in India.
