Business development, expanding the scope based on needs of interested parties.

Setting standards for Quality & Implementing all activities pertaining to the Quality & Laboratory Management system.
Create, update & maintain SOPs, manage all documented information and implement applicable standards and meet regulatory requirements.
Managing technical & quality audits, deciding on NC in the CAR, format & approval CA &PA.
Defining competencies, Recommending resources budgets (assets, staff, training), and vendor management.
Provide sales & customer support (Site visits, sales team support).
Present monthly Quality Reports, KPI, and training records to top management.

QUALITY CONTROL/QUALITY ASSURANCE

Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO 9001 and assist with Calibration.
Maintain a QA/QC program to ensure the validity of results produced, includes, method validation, IQC, PTP/ILC, replicate / retain tests, intermediate checks, preventive maintenance, statistical analysis of
equipment history.
Creating, updating, and controlling all documented information to meet system requirements.
Prepare documentation for all Calibration/Testing/Inspection i.e., Calibration Reports, Test Certificate, Inspection report and supporting documents.)
Assisting in organizing internal audits and management review for the evaluation of established quality system and continual improvement.
Assisting in evaluating and resolving non-conformance and initiate necessary corrective and preventive actions to prevent their recurrence.
Assisting in Accreditation & Certification body audits.
