Responsible for and plans, organises and manages the procurement & logistics process for all projects.

Implementing the procurement policy.

Demand Forecasting for the project & Organization,

Calling Tenders, RFQ, Revewing bids ,Comparison,Negotiation.

Awarding sub- Contracts & Purchase orders

Responsible for Order Placement , Supply / Demand Alignment, Material

Replenishment and Supplier Performance.

Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.

Sourcing the most affordable materials from local market & overseas.
