I was motivated to contact you upon learning that your organization has an opening for a new HR Recruiter position. For several years I have focused my career path and academic pursuits on Human Resources Management and completion of Masters in Business Administration program with Pillai Institute of Management Studies & Research. My personal philosophy is rooted in empowering others and creating a positive perspective of life circumstances.

With a genuine and nurturing nature, combined with a professional and ambitious approach, I possess the primary skills needed in my field, including recruiting personnel, recruitment and employee record maintenance. Additionally, teamwork and observation are part of my skill set, with proficiency in motivation.

I have 8 months of experience as an HR Trainee, in which I was totally focused into recruitment and onboarding such as scheduling interviews, job posting, preparing offer letter, documentation, etc

I have completed Masters in Management Studies specialised in Human Resource Management with aggregate if 8.5cgpa.
