Requirement gathering SRS preparation.
Testing (Integration).
User manuals. Handle the database back end and front-end issues onsite. Interact with onsite users (customers) and make the relevant adjustment to the system. Meet the customer satisfaction adhering to the company standard.
Deliver the product-related training to End users and train the trainers. Implement the Testing environment at customer sites to perform UAT. Implement the Live system Environment for End users. Test whether the live Environment is functioning according to the Business Process.
Maintaining and Managing product Versions.
