I am a Soft Services Supervisor currently working at Al Qana, handling daily operations for the National Aquarium and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and visitor experience. Previously, I managed large-scale housekeeping and soft services at Workers Village, covering accommodation for 16,000–20,000 residents. I also have strong experience working with residential buildings, offices, villas, warehouses, and other commercial facilities, with proven skills in team supervision, deep cleaning, and maintaining quality service across different environments.
