Throughout my career, I have been involved in projects from early design stages to construction and final handover. My experience covers residential, commercial, healthcare, and large-scale infrastructure projects,

including industrial facilities where I actively supported digital transformation initiatives.

I have practical experience in ISO 19650 implementation, including supporting the preparation and maintenance of BIM documentation, information management processes, and project-specific standards,

I have also been involved in the implementation Of Asset Information Requirements (AIR), ensuring

Structured, accurate, and compliant information delivery throughout project lifecycles.

In my current role, I lead VDC and digital construction across Dubai Holding (DHRE) projects by coordinating,

workflows and ensuring compliance with DHRE standards-I collaborate with Lead Design Consultants (LDCs),

Supervision Consultants (SCS), Project Management Consultants (PMCs), general contractors, and external specialists to ensure effective information coordination and accurate data exchange.

My technical skill set includes strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk

Construction Cloud (ACC), along with working knowledge of Revit API, Dynamo visual scripting, Python, and

C-Sharp (C#). I have developed custom add-ins and automation scripts to support quality checks, data validation, and workflow efficiency, helping both project teams and internal DHRE teams meet delivery timelines while maintaining high levels of information accuracy and quality.

I am confident that my technical BIM expertise, digital construction experience, and structured approach to information management enable me to effectively support project teams and deliver successful outcomes.
