Position: Sales & Customer Support Engineer
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Generating sales leads through cold/warm calling.
- Act as a sales representative of Electrolux Company, demonstrating and providing introductory information on promoted products/services.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or services.
- Act as a maintenance engineer, conduct an initial site inspection in preparation of the upcoming work and quotation estimation.
- Coordinate with the clients and technicians for a smooth workflow.
- Supervising technicians, organizing, and managing them a step-by-step procedure of the job.
- Perform a monthly inventory of the tools and equipment including the consumables for stock.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting common AC cooling system problems (short cycle, grounding, short circuit, etc.) and providing the best solution.

Position: Technical & Support Engineer
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Performing quality control on projects and making recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a maintenance engineer (diagnosing faults, repairing equipment).
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of the projects.

Creation Gulf Trading LLC (Dubai, UAE) September 2019- July 2020
Position: Design & Support Engineer
- Generating enquiries and follow-ups on quotations.
- Preparation of proposal, design, and technical assistance to the clients.
- Invoicing (in coordination with Accounts Department) and payment follow ups.
- Design preparation as per Lighting Control System specifications, manufacturers list and client’s demand.
- Working closely with the cad operators, mechanical, plumbing and fire pro department for the revisions and updates of the plan.
- Coordinate with the technical service group for the design, diagnosis, review, and comments.
- Conduct a quality check with the senior engineer of the finished design and plans.
