I previously had experience as an Outlet Supervisor in the hotel industry in Dubai for more than a year, which shaped me to become bolder in terms of decision-making and enabled me to manage the team effectively despite a busy work environment.

I worked in the hotel industry for more than a decade, built me a strong personality in interacting with guests, solving problems, and managing teams.

I finished a vocational course that is not related to my work experience, yet I had a diploma in Customer Service and Food and Beverage, studied in Dubai.
