I have been working as a barista since last 8 years gaining multiple responsibility and knowledge. Currently, I am working as a head barista and café In-charge in Dubai.
➢ Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
➢ Managing finances and preparing monthly and an annual budget. (Manually)
➢ Daily records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
➢ Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
➢ Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
➢ Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
➢ Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.

➢ Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
➢ Correctly followed all health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
➢ Prepares and sells coffee drinks based on pour over like V60, Chemex, French Press, Aero press, Syphon, Cold brew, Mocha pot.
➢ Maintain the company stander including the recipes and preparation techniques for food and beverages.

➢ Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; supporting supplies, pastries, and cookies for a coffee bar.
