 Temenos T24 R14 TAFJ operations, Execution of T24COB on the Bank’s Centralized Core Banking system after closure of business hours.

 Deploying BCONs, Patches, and Corrections on test environments and Production.

 Monitoring of Applications, Batch Jobs, ATMs, Network, and Database performance and conduct periodical systems performance tests and take appropriate corrective measures where necessary including vendor’s liaison and maintenance of log and control sheets.

 Coordinate, administer the scheduling, processing and testing of the jobs, patches/fixes and new procedures supplied (or) developed for Electronic Banking.

 Execute at scheduled intervals Housekeeping and regular jobs such as Backups, File

Reorganization, and Archives.

 Monitoring of computers, and support equipment’s (A.C. units, UPS etc), adherence of access restrictions to computer/machine rooms to authorized personnel only.

 Coordinate with and provide quality based assistance to users so that systems and services are used properly and effectively.

 Reporting the systems and applications problems to other team members and to concerned areas.

Additional Responsibilities

 Temenos T24 Environment management.

 Handling Temenos T24 Close of Business (COB) Process and first level T24 COB

Process error handling.

 Releasing upgrade / Fixes on Temenos T24.

 Production WAS restart on daily basis via Web sphere.

 AIX system and Oracle Database Monitoring and administration.

 ATM monitoring and first level support for to make all ATM’s up via powercard software.

 Using HPS system to create new ATM, Monitoring ATM transaction, Uploading BIN files etc.

 Execution of ETL jobs processes and daily production backup via Oracle manage engine.

 1st Level support for SWIFT. Swift services and system monitoring.

 Swift Data purging and Archival process. Swift system down and up daily basis.

 Run workflows and daily basis jobs via AUTOMIC.

 Basic Knowledge of creating JOBS and Workflows in AUTOMIC.

 Generation & printing of Daily statements, E-Statements, and monthly credit card statements.

 Packs deployments in test environment through Validata software.
