I have over 8 years of operational experience in the insurance industry. Working with both Life Insurance and General (Commercial) Insurance has been a highlight of my career. I've worked for global leaders such as AXA XL and Genpact (Liberty Specialty Markets), as well as India's largest life insurance firm, Max Life Insurance.

These companies assisted me in broadening my knowledge and expertise by providing hands-on experience in team management, project management, London/ Llyods Market knowledge, credit control, cash application, ceded reinsurance, training colleagues, meeting targets, working with various systems, entering policies into the system, and performing quality checks. Managing both internal and external customers (international brokers like Marsh, Aon, Willis etc.)

I am a competent leader and team player. I have worked on different continuous improvement ideas and have helped in process standardization and FTE savings. I was selected to transition a project from London to India.

8+ years of experience in Operations and finance. Worked for Accounts Receivable and payable, Credit control, cash application and cash management, Underwriting, Reinsurance, reporting, team handing, recruiting, working with internal and external clients. I have worked for world's leading MNCs.

I have a master's degree (MBA) in finance and I am a commerce graduate.
