 Responsible for local and overseas sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and purchasing medicines, medical equipment, general products, and consumables for medical centers and pharmacies, ensuring the best possible quotes while meeting technical and safety specifications

 Lead planning, budgeting, and vendor development activities, including issuing quote invitations and creating comparison statements for medical equipment and consumables

 Verify and analyze end-user requirements, reviewing requisitions to ensure terminology and specifications align with organizational needs

 Oversee all phases of Material Management (MM), material planning,

inventory management, and store management to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient material handling

 Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and pricing,

ensuring all criteria are met according to organizational requirements and expectations

 Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing records; generate management reports; track requisition statuses, contracts, and orders; and approve bills for payment
