Group CFO at Dhabi Holdings (my last employer), I managed all financial aspects of the multi-billion-dollar diverse business group based in Abu Dhabi with a focus on direct investments in GCC, Sub Saharan Africa, Central & South Asia, Caucasus & Black Sea area and USA. Main achievements included:

· Optimised shareholders value through strategic engagement with various Opco leadership teams on business planning & development, bottom-line improvements & identifying M&A opportunities

· Rolled out robust corporate governance and reporting frameworks

· Interfaced with major UAE Financial Institutions such as First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Emirates NBD, Mashreq, Union Bank etc. for securing Corporate Debt Restructuring in excess of $2 Billion
