• Heading supply chain function for group of companies with NSR of over AED 400 Million with a team of 9 direct Reporting Managers across 4 geographical locations and a total team of 75 members.
• Led a business unit as Interim General Manager for 9 months period with SC Head role, and delivered a growth 29% over AOP through change in Sales strategy and swift decision making. Streamlined day to day operations and optimized use of manpower and resources to stabilize overhead costs. Incentivised operational activities to improve quality and productivity.
• Overseeing $15 million investment in plant and infrastructure development
• Played a key role in supporting the Marketing Team for 130+ NPDs including line and brand extensions & upgrade product portfolio in Dubai, Pakistan, Malaysia, Egypt, and Turkey.
• Essayed a stellar role in signing new contracts for Co-manufacturing and renegotiating existing contracts to optimize the cost of toll manufacturing in UAE, Turkey, and Pakistan.
• Signed three 3PL warehouse contracts in KSA, Pakistan, Dubai and in Malaysia covering over 10,000 pallet positions and yielding a major savings in operation. 
• Played a pivotal role in defining strategy for warehouse Sales operations though 3PL bonded facility in Uzbekistan to work as a distribution centre for all CIS countries – bringing the products closer to market which directly resulted in 20% increase in sales in the region.
•  During the pandemic, successfully led the team of all units' supply chain, with no revenue losses.
• Sourced commodities like Palm Oil and its derivatives for all four units on back-to-back basis
• Proposed strategic buying of Palm oil and its derivatives on monthly basis to CEO and Supervisory Board.
• Negotiated RFQs/ Bidding with 9 construction firms to support 78 refurbishments and 15 new parlors throughout the KSA.
• Implemented ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, OSHAS, and GMP in Purchase, Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Services sections of the company.
• Managed warehousing and logistics for over 500 SKUs in raw and packaging materials, as well as finished goods, for local and international customers in 30 countries
• Let an investment plan of US $58 Million and worked with local and regional engineering teams to expand factory footprint and architecture in line with demand for the next 10 years
