 Process incoming requisitions, create and post-sales orders, issue picking lists for the warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery to vessels

 Effectively manage the customer development Calendar to meet internal/external deadlines & requirements and work on new development projects for business growth, maintaining a cordial relationship with all the internal cross-functional teams.

 Ensure accurate data entry for costing, share information with all relevant internal teams and facilitate decision-making with regular reporting to sustain the business.

 Research for the designated products both locally and overseas, review quality, identify the most appropriate suppliers, determine availability, perform comparisons and negotiate to price, establish commercial terms and agree on delivery requirements & timelines.

 Perform all related purchasing functions, such as requesting quotations, evaluating offers, issuing purchase orders (POs) and following up with invoicing & payments.

 Arrange transport of goods, and identify and resolve any issues related to product quality, pricing, delivery, utilization, loss, write-off, etc.
