HELP DESK administration of the parent company and its offices in Brazil, Spain, Peru and Bolivia, using the Service Desk tool in order to manage tickets and designate them. Other tasks were the installation, configuration and maintenance of virtual machines based on VMWARE, support and maintenance of Windows servers, support of the Citrix platform, installation and maintenance of the Windows WDS image server. Administration of the Microsoft 365 admin center, management of licenses, permissions and registrations.
Other tasks in charge were the administration of the AVAMAR backup system, including the configuration and restoration of data when requested.
