- Lead Remitee's Argentina business, focused on cross-border payments, inbound money transfers and institutional partnerships with banks, fintechs, wallets, PSPs and payment aggregators.
- Built the inbound money transfer business in Argentina from the ground up, defining the local go-to-market strategy, institutional pipeline and partner activation model.
- Own the full commercial cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, business case definition, pricing, onboarding and account development.
- Closed the first institutional money transfer partnerships in Argentina within the first months of operation, enabling cross-border volume across US, Europe and LATAM corridors.

- Led PayRetailers' Argentina subsidiary, reporting directly to the Executive Committee, with full P&L responsibility and end-to-end ownership of the local business.
- Scaled the Argentina operation 20x, mainly across iGaming, Forex, Crypto and other regulated verticals.
- Built the local payment infrastructure from scratch, including cash, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, bank accounts, PSP integrations and provider redundancy.
- Led relationships with banks, PSPs, payment networks, regulators and strategic local partners, combining commercial growth, regulatory execution and cross-border payment capabilities.
- Obtained PSP certification from the Central Bank of Argentina and built the operating foundation, including team structure, licensing, compliance coordination and payment method deployment.
