• GRN Handling Both Hard & Soft Copy
• Material Indenting

• Daily In-ward Or Out-Ward
• Material Posting

Sr. Executive (Store & Commercial) at ONYCON INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD (2021-08 – 2024-12)

• Responsible for all personnel & administration functions at site locations such as employee establishment matters like leave, attendance, conveyance, etc.
• Maintain Hire Bill & Contractor Debit Note
• Daily In-ward Or Out-Ward Material Posting In ERP
• Preparing Of Material Indent.
• Physical Checking Of Store Stock
• Flexibility of working well as part of a team and independently.
• Monitoring & Supervising Store, Labour and Security Attendance.
• Arranging logistics for Site Office / Client Meetings, Annual Functions / Gettogethers and picnics etc. at site.
• To look after Admin related material purchase including stationery.
• Monthly Bill Processing As Per Received Material.

STORE OFFICER (Store & Commercial) at RANK PROJECT AND DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED (2025-02 – 2026-04)

• Maintain accurate inventory records including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
• Conduct physical stock verification to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, and arrangement of items for safety and quick access.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions based on consumption and stock levels.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials with proper documentation such as GRN, Issue Slip, and Delivery Challan.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and user departments for timely material availability.
• Monitor stock levels and implement FIFO or FEFO methods for material usage.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and handling of materials by staff or contractors.
