About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join the "Crazy Crunchy" team in Melbourne, Australia. You will lead daily operations, ensure strict adherence to SOPs, and drive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily restaurant operations and inventory control.
• Ensuring strict adherence to brand SOPs and food safety standards.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complaints.
• Achieving sales targets and managing delivery platform orders.
• Leading, training, and motivating the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the restaurant industry (Fried Chicken experience is a strong plus).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strict commitment to operational excellence.
• Must be a resident of Melbourne with full legal working rights in Australia.
