Registered Pharmacist with demonstrated history of working in a hospital and retail community pharmacy for over 7 years in The Philippines.

I recently obtained AHPRA provisional registration as Pharmacist and keen to get some local experience as an overseas-trained intern pharmacist in Australia. I have full working rights.

My experience working as a Pharmacist in Rose Pharmacy Inc. allowed me to develop practical skills; filling 300+ prescriptions in a regular eight hours shift while providing Patient medication information, ensuring up to date certificates and registration within FDA standards, handles proper storage, maintaining records and dispensing of S3-License (dangerous drugs) medicines. After two years, I was promoted to Assistant store Manager with additional roles and responsibilities. These included management and replenishment of inventory levels, scrutinising purchase orders and resolving discrepancies, managing pricing in company POS system, handles vault cash, end day reports, oversee and manage staff whilst on shift to ensure compliance with professional policy and legal requirements.

I was also tasked with being the Pharmacist to fill staff on leave in four branches handled by the same area manager. After five years in community pharmacy, I was given a chance to work as a Pharmacist 1 in Cebu City Medical Center Hospital. This enabled me to further develop my skills in patient safety, customer service, and collaborative work with other healthcare practitioners in hospital setting.
