I am a Humanities educator with 15 years of teaching and leadership experience across Australia, Malaysia, and China. My career has been shaped by a genuine passion for helping students connect with the world through subjects like Legal Studies, Business Studies, History, Geography, and HSIE.
I have taught extensively within the Australian and British curriculum, including HSC, QCE, iGCSE and A Level, as well as the IB Diploma Program and vocational pathways like BTEC. Working in international schools across Asia and Australia has given me a deep appreciation for culturally diverse classrooms and the importance of adaptable, student-centred teaching. I strive to create lessons that are both rigorous and engaging, encouraging students to think critically and apply their learning beyond the textbook.
In addition to classroom teaching, I have taken on leadership roles in curriculum development and department coordination, mentoring colleagues and contributing to the wider life of school communities. I am now looking for a role where I can continue to grow as an educator while making a meaningful contribution to a school that values academic excellence and holistic student development.
