I’m a qualified Personal Trainer based in Heritage Park, QLD, passionate about fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals. I currently work at Total Fusion Springfield, where I support members in improving their strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
I bring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. I enjoy being part of positive, team-driven environments and love connecting with people, whether it’s in the gym, in customer service, or in retail health settings.
Outside of work, I’m always expanding my knowledge in sports nutrition and supplements, and I’m looking to grow my career within the health and wellness industry while continuing to inspire others to live healthier, stronger lives.
Currently, I work as a Personal Trainer at Total Fusion Springfield, helping members achieve their health and fitness goals through tailored training and support. Alongside this, I’ve developed strong customer service and organizational skills through previous roles in hospitality and logistics.
I’m passionate about health, fitness, and personal development, and I’m now looking to expand my career within the supplement and wellness industry, combining my fitness knowledge with my genuine interest in helping others live healthier, more confident lives.
I completed my Certificate III and IV in Fitness at the Australian Institute of Fitness, where I gained a strong foundation in exercise programming, anatomy, and client coaching. These qualifications equipped me with the skills to design effective training plans, support client wellbeing, and apply evidence-based fitness principles in real-world settings.
I’m also certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring I maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism when working with clients in any environment.
