With more than 30 years in training, education and management, my skills, knowledge, experience and passion enable me to facilitate effective, engaging and informative training schedules. I have the ability to customize learning concepts to individual needs and priorities whilst empowering and motivating participants and strengthening their self-confidence.
My areas of expertise include business, management & leadership, communication, hospitality, human resources and a variety of soft skills. I have designed, developed and facilitated a broad range of customised training courses to meet industry standards in public, private and corporate sectors.
My expertise in education and training, leadership, team development and business operations has been acquired over thirty years in the public and private education sector.
I have delivered a variety of VET courses from Certificate IV to Advanced Diploma level in Business, Events Managment, Hospitality, Leadership and Communication.
I now work as a contractor to private training companies facilitating courses to the Australian Government entities and private enterprise.
