- Designing and delivering bespoke face-to-face training programs in 35 countries.
- Creating and marketing the MYDA: Making Your Documents Accessible e-learning program, designed to motivate and train learners to understand the scope and challenges of digital inaccessibility and to create accessible Word and PDF documents.

- Successfully developed and implemented a program design process involving: consulting, needs analysis, requirements translation, designer engagement, content research, stakeholder engagement, product development, implementation, measurement, and evaluation.
- Consulting with key stakeholders – typically Learning & Development teams and respective business units – in customer engagements to understand business objectives, assess and research learning needs, identify subject-matter-experts and content, and translate requirements into bespoke technical and behavioural enablement programs.
- Designing, implementing, and facilitating (classroom/virtual) sales enablement programs for Client Relationship / Account Managers to enable a more effective understanding of customer businesses and changing sales cycles.
- Building and sustaining global relationships with culturally diverse, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customer executives, to develop product capability and execute on customer needs and expectations.
- Writing proposals, developing and delivering individual and team presentations, facilitating pitch sessions, and shaping deals to fruition.
- Implementing and managing projects to execute against agreed deliverables, and deliver results in-scope, on-time, and within budgets.
- Designing evaluation techniques and metrics to measure and assess the nature and application of learning from training programs.
