I have been working as a Store Manager at Woolworths Group for the past six years, where I’ve gained extensive experience in retail operations, team leadership, and commercial performance. During this time, I have managed multiple stores , overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, controlling costs, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.

My role has involved leading and developing large teams, managing rosters and budgets, analysing sales data, implementing stock control processes, and delivering strong results in fast-paced environments. I’ve built a solid track record of improving store performance, coaching team members into leadership roles, and maintaining a positive, high-performing culture.

After six successful years in store management, I’m now looking to expand my career by taking on new challenges that allow me to further develop my leadership capability, broaden my commercial experience, and contribute at a higher level within the business or in a new industry.
