I specialise in reform strategy, contract structuring, and building-manager capability frameworks that restore authority to committees and deliver safer, better-run communities.

Over 30 years in building and facilities management, specialising in multi-unit residential and mixed-use developments. I’ve managed complex assets, chaired safety and maintenance programs, and advised Owners Corporations on governance, compliance, and operational risk. My current focus is reform—helping committees, regulators, and developers create accountable, transparent, and high-performing building-management systems.
