Managing 80+ employees operating at the 14 locations of Woest Zuid. Mymain responsibilities were optimizing the operational performance, processingadministrative data, analyzing the requirements of personnel, daily scheduling, and being a confidant for all employees. As a corporate recruiter I was in charge of promoting the organization on the job market, interviewing andselecting candidates as well as the on- and offboarding of new employees.
