Ethan Auer

I am 18 years old, hardworking and adventurous. My hobbies are playing rugby with the Brothers Rugby Club, along with playing guitar and singing. In high school I was actively involved in Basketball, Rugby and Debating from year 7-12 which has helped develop my communication and teamwork skills, along with my personality.

I have also been involved in Peer Mentoring and Peer Support programs, along with being a participant in my local church and previously in youth group fundraisers. I take pride in my appearance and in being organised, I love meeting new people and understand the importance of catering to the specific needs of each individual.

Seasonal/Casual Ticket Scanner/Crowd Control at Vail Resorts (2026-06 – Present)

I work in customer service, using problem solving skills while interacting with large numbers of guests from all walks of life. A big part of my role is crowd control in lift queues which requires patience and communication skills.

Seasonal/Casual Warehouse Labourer at Basil Bangs (2025-11 – 2026-06)

I worked in a bar/pub umbrella warehouse in Brookvale. Duties include constructing goods, packaging goods, warehouse organisation, cleaning.

Casual Program Assistant at Bricks 4 Kidz (2023-02 – 2025-05)

I facilitated Lego themed birthday parties and holiday camps for young children (ages 4-12). Duties included:

• Setting up/packing away holiday camps and birthday parties
• Interacting with and instructing children
• Meeting and greeting parents
• Cleaning to ensure a hygienic environment

Volunteer as Kitchen Assistant at Matthew Talbot Hostel (2024-05 – 2025-05)

I have volunteered through my school on multiple occasions as a food server at Matthew Talbot Homeless Hostel.
