A person-centred counsellor who comes alongside people during times when it is important to process emotions in difficult circumstances or relationships.

Master of counselling with focus on family systems, relationships and individual counselling. I work with awareness of trauma and recovery models. Helping people develop self-compassion and regulation of difficult feelings, behaviours and sensations has been important when working with diverse individuals. I have worked with people from culturally and linguistically diverse CALD backgrounds and women experiencing unplanned pregnancy, crisis and grief.
