As the Rebate Program Manager for Dell ANZ and Korea Channel Sales, I lead the adoption and execution of the Dell Technologies Partner Program (DTPP). My primary focus is to ensure 100% program adoption by working closely with distributors and partners across both regions. I leverage my understanding of regional sales trends to effectively communicate the value of Dell’s Channel Incentive Programs and drive their success.
I manage all aspects of the rebate and incentive programs, including addressing partner and sales team queries, resolving payment disputes, and calculating rebate estimates based on quotes and contracts, including APEX Upfront deals. I also generate quarterly rebate reports and payment letters to support the Sales team post-quarter close.
To promote program understanding and adoption, I conduct quarterly enablement sessions for business partners, ensuring alignment with sales growth objectives. Additionally, I collaborate with country GMs, Sales Managers, and partners to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that highlight the benefits of Dell’s incentive offerings.
In summary, I serve as the central point of contact for all matters related to Dell’s Sales Incentive Programs in ANZ and Korea, ensuring smooth operations, partner engagement, and program effectiveness.
