I am a highly motivated self-starter with over 18 years' experience in State Government with experience in providing high quality administrative, HR, project, emergency work and Site Leadership. From 2020 due to Covid, I worked from home until I left the position.
I am an experienced Executive Assistant and Project Officer and have worked over 18 years in Agriculture Victoria. My positions have included working in Human Resources, Emergencies as a Logistics Manager, as well as Accounts, Bookkeeping and Budgets.
I am very flexible; I can look outside the square to find results to problems. I have worked successfully autonomously as well as in small and large groups.
I have worked as an Executive Assistant for Managers and Directors.
I became the Site Leader at the Departments office in Attwood as I wanted to make a change, the site had become very toxic due to bullying. I left having made a difference in getting the staff engaged and the site being a happier place where they wanted to work.
I was heavily involved in Biosecurity Emergency where I was sent to many rotations in incidents as Logistics Manager.
I have done many courses over my working life to further my abilities to further my career in many directions. This includes three separate courses to become a Project Officer. Two separate courses in AIIMS (emergency - the second one for upgrades to the system). Many Logistics Manager courses as well as an Incident Leadership course to help progress my abilities as a Logistics Manager.
