Experience leading remote teams and also leading large store based teams of over 200 team members with clear agreed vision linked to business strategy.
Commercial operator with considerable experience of leading large projects to deadline, delivery of improved quality and service through innovation and systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis competently and also demonstrating advanced problem solving skills.
High level of business acumen I have delivered improved KPI's in each of my roles including Sales of over
$100 million.
