I am a devoted, middle-aged woman with a deep passion for my work, family, friends, and exploring new places through travel. I thrive on setting ambitious goals and pursuing them with determination. Over the years, I have built strong, positive relationships with my colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment wherever I work. My upbeat, adventurous spirit helps me maintain a happy-go-lucky outlook on life.

Currently, I reside in Esperance, Western Australia, a beautiful, but somewhat isolated location where job opportunities can be limited. Recognizing this challenge, I have decided to broaden my horizons by seeking remote work opportunities from home. I’m excited about the potential to continue my career while enjoying the flexibility that comes with working remotely, allowing me to balance my professional aspirations with my personal life.

Throughout my career, I have acquired a diverse range of experience across multiple roles, including administration, data entry, cleaning, and working as a warranty clerk. This varied background has allowed me to develop a comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of different processes and systems within various work environments.

I pride myself on being fully committed to any new systems and programmes I encounter, dedicating my utmost effort to mastering them and ensuring they integrate seamlessly into my workflow. My positive, "can-do" attitude drives me to tackle challenges head-on and find effective solutions, ultimately contributing to the success of my team and organisation as a whole. I believe that my unique blend of experiences has equipped me with valuable insights and adaptability, making me well-prepared for ongoing positions that require initiative and a strong work ethic.

I successfully completed Year 10 and have since embarked on a career in the education department. To enhance my skills and meet the requirements of my roles, I have undertaken several professional development courses. Below is a detailed overview of the courses I have completed:

• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness Course: This course provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse cultures, histories, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, fostering respect and inclusivity.
• Accountable and Ethical Decision Making: Focused on the principles of accountability and ethics, this training equipped me with the skills to make sound decisions that align with both legal standards and ethical practices.
• Anaphylaxis Training: This crucial training covered the recognition and management of anaphylactic reactions, enabling me to respond effectively in emergencies involving severe allergic reactions.
• Asbestos Awareness Training: I learned about the risks associated with asbestos exposure, including how to identify, manage, and prevent potential hazards in educational environments.
• Child Protection and Abuse Prevention: This course emphasized the importance of safeguarding children, helping me understand my responsibilities in recognizing and reporting signs of abuse or neglect.

• Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Online Module: I completed this online module, which provided crucial knowledge about FASD, its implications, and appropriate support strategies for affected individuals. (Course successfully passed).
• HRMIS Online Pay Certification: This certification trained me to use the Human Resource Management Information System for payroll processing and management within the education sector.
• Manual Tasks Training: I completed a program focused on the best practices for performing manual tasks safely, reducing the risk of injury in the workplace. (Course duration: 22 hours, 51 minutes, and 58 seconds).
• Recordkeeping Awareness Training: This training emphasized the principles of effective recordkeeping, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and organizational policies.
• TRIM Training / TRIM Advanced Functions: I participated in comprehensive training on TRIM, a records management system, including its advanced functions for optimizing recordkeeping practices.

• Working with Children Checks: I completed the necessary training to ensure compliance with regulations regarding background checks for individuals working with children, reinforcing commitment to child safety.
