I am a dedicated recruiter with three years of experience supporting a First Nations organisation in building strong, values-driven teams. My role is more than filling positions; it is about connecting the right people to meaningful work that strengthens community, culture, and self-determination. I take pride in ensuring our recruitment processes are culturally respectful, inclusive, and aligned with the organisation’s mission and the needs of the communities we serve.

I am passionate about creating safe and welcoming recruitment experiences that honour First Nations perspectives and lived experiences.
Alongside my professional role, I study Social Work part time. My studies deepen my understanding of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed practice, and community development, all of which strengthen my work as a recruiter. Combining practical recruitment experience with social work knowledge allows me to approach my role with empathy, integrity, and cultural awareness.
I am committed to contributing to positive outcomes for individuals, families, and communities through ethical and purposeful recruitment practices.
